California Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Elloleads handles the sale and sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). It applies to California residents whose personal information Elloleads processes, and describes the choices available to you at or before the point of collection.

We do not sell your personal information

Elloleads does not sell your personal information for money, and cross-event matching is turned off by default for every account. If this ever changes, we will update this notice and give you a clear choice before any sale or sharing takes place.

We recognize Global Privacy Control signals

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Elloleads treats it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. The signal takes effect automatically, and you do not need to do anything else.

How to opt out manually

You can also opt out at any time. Use the opt-out link in the footer of every page, or go straight to the Do Not Sell or Share page and confirm your request there.

We wait twelve months before asking again

Once you opt out, Elloleads will wait at least twelve months before asking you to authorize the sale or sharing of your personal information again, as required by California law.

Requests without an account

You do not need an Elloleads account to exercise this right. To submit a request by email, write to privacy@elloleads.com and we will record your opt-out.

Other privacy rights

Opting out of sale and sharing is only one of your rights. You can also request access to your data, ask us to delete it, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent — visit the rights request page.
